Is Lingo glucose real-time?
Lingo shares 5-minute glucose values on a roughly 3-hour delay, so Sahha receives near-continuous readings rather than instant ones. The values are interstitial glucose, not blood glucose.
Do I need a mobile app to use the Lingo integration?
Yes. Because Lingo data lands in Apple Health / Health Connect on the user’s device, you embed the Sahha mobile SDK to read it. Cloud-only sources like Oura don’t need the SDK, but on-device sources like Lingo do.
Does it work on both iOS and Android?
