How do you handle employee privacy and surveillance concerns?

Data is collected only with each employee’s explicit consent, and employees can revoke access at any time. Employers see aggregate, cohort-level trends — never individual data — and the platform is HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 compliant. Sahha is built so you can deliver workforce insight without surveilling anyone.

Do employees need a wearable?

No. Sahha reads data from the phone via Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect, so you get sleep, activity, and wellbeing signals even for employees who have never owned a tracker. A wearable adds precision when one is connected, but it is never required.

Can Sahha measure stress or burnout directly?

Not as a single score today — dedicated stress and burnout scores are still in research. What Sahha provides now are the behavioral signals that precede burnout: declining sleep and wellbeing trends, low mental wellbeing, and fatigue. You combine these into your own risk view, with mental wellbeing available as a live score.

What can I actually use without building models?
