How do you handle employee privacy and surveillance concerns?
Data is collected only with each employee’s explicit consent, and employees can revoke access at any time. Employers see aggregate, cohort-level trends — never individual data — and the platform is HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 compliant. Do employees need a wearable?

Not as a single score today — dedicated stress and burnout scores are still in research.
