Sahha reads and delivers
Once permission is granted, the SDK reads LARQ data from Apple Health in the background, normalizes it to one schema, and streams it to your app by webhook or API.
Most teams read live LARQ data the same day they add the SDK. The only per-source prerequisite: your user has LARQ’s Apple Health sync switched on — most source apps enable it by default.

How does Sahha get LARQ data?
The LARQ app syncs intake to Apple Health — in its own words, “two-way sync for your water, coffee and tea intakes and log your caffeine separately” — and Sahha reads it from there with its mobile SDK, so you get hydration data without integrating a LARQ API directly.
Which LARQ metrics does Sahha provide?
Water intake in litres and caffeine intake in milligrams, normalized into Sahha’s Nutrition category so they can join a user’s activity, sleep, and other signals.
Does LARQ capture everything the user drinks?
Not on its own. The bottle tracks what passes through it, plus whatever the user logs in the app — drinks consumed away from the bottle only count if they’re logged. Read the daily total as a floor, not a complete record.
Does the LARQ integration work on Android?
No. The sync we can confirm is with Apple Health, so this is an iOS-only integration and the page doesn’t claim otherwise. Your users’ other Android sources still flow through the same Sahha SDK.
Is the LARQ integration HIPAA and GDPR compliant?
