Your iOS app users will need to perform a one-time connection between Renpho and Apple Health on their iOS device.

Once the user has completed this process, the Sahha SDK will be able to collect the synced data directly from Apple Health without any further effort from the user.

Renpho Health for iOS

How to connect to Apple Health:

After install the Renpho Health App and log in successfully for the first time, a pop-up will prompt to ask whether to allow Renpho Health to access all your health data, please tap Allow in the upper right corner;
Open Apple Health, enter your profile, tap Apps> Renpho Health, tap Turn All Categories On;
After authorization, your Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, and Lean Body Mass will be synchronized to Apple Health.

Renpho Fit for iOS

How to connect to Apple Health:

After install the Renpho Fit App and log in successfully for the first time, a pop-up will prompt to ask whether to allow Renpho Fit to access all your health data, please tap Allow in the upper right corner;
Open Apple Health, enter your profile, tap Apps> Renpho Fit, tap Turn All Categories On;
After authorization, your Activity Energy and Workouts will be synchronized to Apple Health.

AI Gym for iOS

How to Sync Apple Health:

Go to Me-Setting-Premissions, tap "not connected", allow AI Gym to access all of your health data, then tap allow in the top right corner;
If it doesn't work, open Apple health and go to your profile, tap App>AI Gym, tap turn all categories on;
After authorizing, your Active Energy and Cycling Distance will be synced to Apple Health.

Android

Your Android app users will need to perform a one-time connection between Renpho and Health Connect on their Android device.

Once the user has completed this process, the Sahha SDK will be able to collect the synced data directly from Health Connect without any further effort from the user.
